摘    要:目的探讨影响急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者选择急救医疗服务(emergency medical service,EMS)的因素及对入院交通工具的选择。方法选择2008年1-5月上海2家三甲医院AMI患者150例,使用“急心梗患者就医行为调查问卷”进行调查研究。结果150例患者中,29.3%患者应用EMS到达医院,多元Logistic回归分析显示,症状严重、疼痛严重、伴有慢性病是患者应用EMS的预测变量,而他人催促来院、之前有相似症状和身为女性是不应用EMS的预测因子。结论AMI患者应用EMS的效率低,应加强EMS的宣传,使EMS的效率得到提高,有助于AMI患者的急救治疗的康复。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors of choosing emergency medical service(EMS) by patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) . Methods One hundred and fifty AMI cases in two hospitals at Shanghai were surveyed from January to May 2008 by the Chinese version of "Treatment-seeking behavior questionnaire for AMI". Results Only 29.3% of patients with AMI chose EMS to hospital. Multiple regression analysis showed that severity of symptoms, pain level, history of chronic disease were predictive factors influencing EMS choice. Usually those urged to seek medical advice, with early experience of similar symptoms and female patients usually do not make the choice. Conclusion Utilization percentage of EMS by AMI patients is still low and EMS efficiency remains to be raised.
