| 摘 要： | 目的:观察慢性心力衰竭标准化治疗方案联合运用左卡尼汀的疗效。方法:慢性心力衰竭患者210例,随机分为治疗组(标准化治疗联合左卡尼汀)和对照组(单纯标准化治疗),观察1个月后临床症状、超声心动图指标、BNP水平及6分钟步行试验改善情况。结果:治疗组临床症状、超声心动图指标、BNP水平及6分钟步行试验改善情况均优于对照组。结论:在慢性心力衰竭标准化治疗方案基础上,左卡尼汀可进一步改善心衰治疗疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of L-carnitine in treatment of 210 cases with chronic heart failure （CHF） based on standard treatment.Methods： 210 patients with CHF were randomly divided into control group and L-carnitine group. The control group received routine treatment, L-carnitine group received L-carnitine （3.0 g/d, 28days） in addition to routine treatment. Clinical symptoms, the data of ventricular function, serum levels of BNP, 6-minute walk test （6MWT） were observed before and after the treatment.Results： The clinical control rate of L-car- nitine group and control group were 88.5 % and 63.8%（P〈0.01）, respectively. After treatment, LVED, LVES and serum levels of BNP decreased, LVEF and the distance of 6MWT increased in both groups （P〈 0.05）. Compared with those before the treatment, the levels of BNP was lower in both groups, while in the L-carnitine group it was better than in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： L-carnitine might improve cardiac function furtherly based on stan- dard treatment of chronic heart failure. |
