老年患者难治性尖周炎的根管外科手术治疗

目的:对老年患者难以进行常规根管治疗的患牙,探讨根管外科手术的治疗方法。方法:对老年患者各种原因所致的根管治疗失败或难以进行正常根管治疗的46例患牙,进行根尖刮治术、根尖切除术或根尖倒充填术。结果:46例患牙追踪观察2年,成功41例牙,成功率89.13%。结论:对于常规的根管治疗失败的老年患者,可进行根管外科手术治疗。

Endodontic Surgery on the Teeth with Failed RCT of Aged people

Objective：It is difficult to perform traditional RCT on the teeth of aged people.The aim of this article is to assess the outcome of endodontic surgety as an alternative treatment for these teeth. Methods：46 teeth of old people with failed conventional TCT or unfit for RCT underwent apicectomp,periapical curettage or retrograde filling.Results： Of the 46 teeth that receied 2-year follow up,41 healed.The overall success rate was 89.13%, Conclusion：Endodontic suigery such as apicectomy,periapical curettage or retrogtade filling could become an alrerinative as the treatment of teeth with failed RCT or unfit for RCT among aged people.
