手辅助腹腔镜在腹部手术中的应用(附14例报告)

目的　探讨手辅助腹腔镜在腹部手术中的应用。方法　回顾性分析我院 2 0 0 1年 5月～ 2 0 0 3年 4月间 14例腹部手术的治疗经验。结果　 14例手术时间从 30min～ 2h ,手术失血量为 2 0～ 10 0ml,中转开放手术率为 0。病人术后痛苦小 ,恢复快。结论　运用手辅助腹腔镜技术能在手术步骤上综合传统开放手术和腹腔镜手术的优势 ,达到微创的目的。

Practice of hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery in the complicated abdominal operation:Report of 14 cases

Objective To evaluate the application of hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery in complicated abdominal operation.Methods The clinical experience in 14 cases of hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery in complicated abdominal operation from 2001 to 2003 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The operating time was 30 min to 2h.The amount of operative blood loss was 20 ml to 100 ml.The conversion rate was 0.After operation all patients had uneventful courses with less pain,faster recovery.Conclusion This hand-assisted laparoscopic approach with HandPort system made best use of the advantages of both open and laparoscopic surgery and bypassing their weakness,changing from difficulty into easy,achieving the goal of minimally invasive surgery.
