慢性心衰-心肾综合征及生物标志物

慢性心衰不仅是一种疾病诊断,更是一种复杂的临床综合征,在合并慢性肾病尤其是终末期肾病患者中,心衰发病率增加是死亡的主要原因。心脏和肾脏之间存在密切而复杂的关系(即所谓"心肾综合征"),心衰患者一旦合并慢性肾病或肾损伤均显示预后不良。因而,对于这类高风险患者应予以早期诊断并积极干预治疗。一些标志物已被证明在心血管疾病的诊断和预后评价中具有新的、重要的作用,由于其与慢性心衰-心肾综合征具有密切关系而备受关注,具有高度敏感性和特异性的生物标志物成为近年来研究的热点。

Chronic Heart Failure-Cardiorenal Syndrome and Biomarkers

Chronic heart failure（CHF） is a complex clinical syndrome rather than a disease diagnosis.It is the main cause of death in patients with cardiovascular diseases complicated with chronic kidney disease（CKD） and end stage renal disease（ESRD）.There is some close and complex interaction between heart and kidney（the so called cardiorenal syndrome）,and heart failure patients with the complication of CKD or kidney impairment/injure show a worse prognosis.Thus,early diagnosis and aggressive management are necessary to patients with CKD or ESRD.Some biomarkers have been proved to play new and important roles in the evaluation of diagnosis and prognosis in cardiovascular disease,which have been paid much attention on due to their intimate relationship with chronic heart failure-cardiorenal syndrome（CHF-CRS）.These biomarkers with high degree sensitivity and specialty have become a hot spot in clinical study.
