达州市通川区城区2004～2009年儿童计划免疫接种率调查

目的初步了解达州市通川区儿童计划免疫现状,评价2004~2009年报告接种率情况,为加强计划免疫工作,有效提高预防接种质量提供依据,为指导本区农村儿童计划免疫工作提供借鉴。方法采取分层随机抽样的方法抽查通川区城区、西外、北外、南外四个片区,按《全国常规免疫接种率监测方案》的方法进行接种率评价,连续抽查6年。结果全区卡介苗（BCG）、脊髓灰质炎疫苗（OPV）、百白破（DPT）、麻疹疫苗（MV）全程接种率在2004、2005、2006、2007、2008、2009年调查中分别为83.9%、84.4%、87.2%、89.4%、92.2%、93.9%;各单苗接种率由2004的86.7%提高到2009的97.5%;乙肝疫苗（HBV）6年的种率分别为92.8%、93.3%、94.4%、95%、97.2%、97.8%;建卡率、建证率和卡疤率也提高到97%左右。结论本地区儿童计划免疫仍保持着工怍的连续性并将儿童接种率维持在一定水平,各指标逐年提高,到2009都达到了或接近了97%,但还存在不足。

Survey on rate of planning immunization in children of Tongchuan District of Dazhou City from 2004 to 2009
