| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同的脑胶质瘤病理分级与瘤内微血管密度的相关性.方法:用免疫组化的方法对38例不同病理类型的胶质瘤进行微血管密度测定,利用方差分析判断微血管密度与胶质瘤病理学分级的关系.结果:脑胶质瘤内微血管密度值的大小与肿瘤恶性程度呈正相关.结论:测定脑胶质瘤内微血管密度可以判断肿瘤的生物学行为.

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the correlation between pathological grade and microvessel density of glioma.Methods:The microvessel density was determined in 38 patients with different pathological types of glioma with the method of immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between microvessel density and pathological type judged by F analysis.Results:The microvessel density has a positive correlation with the vicious degree of glioma.Conclusion:Analysing the microvessel density,we can judge the biological behavior of glioma. |
