| Abstract: | Atrioventricular nodal reentry is the most common mechanism of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Electrocardiograms obtained during sinus rhythm rarely serve to identify the mechanism of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. We report two cases of dual atrioventricular nodal reentry in which electrocardiograms recorded during sinus rhythm disclosed two separate PR intervals that suggested dual atrioventricular nodal pathways. |
