我院参与联合委员会国际部医院评审的实践与体会

目的对医疗安全进行科学控制和管理,确保病人安全。方法医院联合委员会国际部(Joint Commission International,JCI)工作小组负责组织各方面专家学习JCI管理思想,制订医院特色评审标准,组织全院员工学习,然后实施评审,最终通过认证。结果医院在2005年8月通过第1次评审,2008年6月完成JCI的再次评审认证,成为亚洲首家荣获JCI称号的医疗集团。结论通过JCI评审可以为医疗安全提供科学的管理方法 ,有效保障病人医疗安全。

Practice and experience of participating in the Joint Commission International Accreditation

Objective To improve the quality of medical safety management and ensure patient safety. Method Joint Commission International（JCI） working groups formulated specific assessment standards and provided training for all employees. Then the hospital was assessed and passed JCI accreditation at last. Result In August 2005,the hospital passed the first accreditation. And in June 2008 ,it passed the second accreditation and became the first JCI Medical Groups in Asia. Conclusion Through JCI accreditation,the hospital scientific management system is improved and can effectively eusure patient safety.
