| 摘 要： | 我科十年来(1976～1986年)收治的214例肠伤寒中,在住院后48小时内有81例漏诊,漏诊率达37.9%。误诊病种有18种。本文主要分析漏诊原因和经验教训。

| Abstract: | 214 cases of typhoid admitted were reviewed during a 10-year-period (1976～1986).81(37,9%)of them were omitted within 48 hours of admission, The kinds of misdiagnosed diseases were as many as 18 ones.Here both cause and lesson of the diagnosis are discussed. |
