针刺治疗小儿皮质盲120例临床观察

目的 :观察针刺治疗小儿皮质盲的临床疗效 ,以及病程、原发病、合并症等因素对针刺疗效的影响。方法 :以针刺为主作为治疗组 ,以盐酸士的宁颞侧皮下注射为主作为对照组 ,观察治疗小儿皮质盲的临床疗效。结果 :治疗组痊愈率 ( 76 7% )优于对照组 ( 2 6 7% ) ,差异有非常显著性意义( χ2 =2 4 80 ,P <0 0 1 ) ;总有效率 ( 94 2 % )优于对照组 ( 70 0 % ) ,差异有非常显著性意义 ( χ2 =2 8 3 4,P <0 0 1 )。结论 :针刺疗法是治疗小儿皮质盲理想的方法 ,病程、原发病、合并症等因素对针刺疗效有一定影响

Clinical observation on acupuncture for treatment of 120 children with cortical blindness

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on cortical blindness in children, and effects of duration of illness, primary diseases and complicated syndromes on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture. Methods The treatment group were treated mainly by acupuncture and the control group were treated mainly by temporal subcutaneous injection of strychnine hydrochloride, and their clinical therapeutic effects were investigated. Results The cured rate (76 7%) and the total effective rate (94 2%) in the treatment group were superior to 26 7% and 70 0% in the control group respectively, with very significant differences (both P <0 01). Conclusion Acupuncture is an ideal therapy for cortical blindness in children, and duration of illness, primary diseases and complicated syndromes have a certain influence on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture.
