中西医结合治疗放射性肺炎16例疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将31例患者随机分为2组。对照组15例用激素加 抗生素治疗,治疗组16例在对照组治疗基础上加服放射性肺炎方(药用鱼腥草、葶苈子、川芎、莱菔子、丹参、生地黄、瓜蒌、赤芍、红花、桃仁、百部、苦杏仁、制半夏、甘草)治疗。2周为1疗程。观察2组临床疗效、临床症状控制起效时间及完全缓解时间 结果:总有效率治疗组为87.50％,对照组为53.33％,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05) 治疗组临床症状控制起效时间及完全缓解时间均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗放射性肺炎具有较好的疗效。

Treatment of Radiation Pneumonia by TCM Combined with Western Medicine:A Clinical Observation of 16 Cases

jective: To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine (WM) therapy for radiation pneumonia (RP). Methods: 31 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The control group(15 cases) was treated by hormone and antibiotic, and the treatment group(16 cases) by adding with Fangshe Feiyan Fang( composed of Herba Hottuyniae, Semen Lipidii seu Descurainiae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Semen Raphani, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Rehmanniae, Fructus Trichosantis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Flos Carthama, Semen Persicae, Radix Stemonae, Semen Armeniacae Amarum, Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata and Radix Glycyrrhizae). Two weeks constituted a course of treatment. The clinical curative effect, the times necessary for initial control and complete remission of clinical symptom were observed in both groups. Results: The total effective rate was 87. 5% and 53. 33% in treatment group and control group respectively (P < 0. 05) . The times necessary for initial control and complete remission of clinical symptoms in treatment group were shorter than those of control group ( P < 0. 05, P < 0. 01). Conclusion: TCM combined with WM possesses a good curative effect for RP.
