老年人阵发性心房颤动与血压变异性分析

目的 研究老年人阵发性心房颤动发作的发生规律与血压变异性(BPV)的关系。方法采用24h动态心电图和动态血压，对58例阵发性心房颤动的老年患的心房颤动发作阵次及持续时间与血压变异性的关系进行了分析研究。结果 阵发性心房颤动组的老年人血压变异性较正常对照组明显增加，并随心房颤动频次的增加和持续时间的延长血压变异性增加更明显，但以收缩压变异为主，阵发性心房颤动与2Ah平均收缩压也有明显相关性。结论 阵发性心房颤动的老年人血压变异性明显增加，尤以收缩压变异更为明显，且心房颤动的严重程度与血压变异性呈正相关，与24h平均收缩压也有明显相关性。

Analysis of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and blood pressure variability in elderly

Objective To observe the relationship between blood pressure variability (BPV) and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Meth-ods 30 normal controls and 58 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in elderly were undergone 24 hours Holter and ambulatory bloodpressure monitoring. The BPV was determinded by standard deviation from mean blood pressure during the 24 hours. Results BPV in patientswith paroxysmal atrial fibrillation was higher than that in normal controls (P<0. 01). The systolic blood pressure variability was much signifi-cantly higher than diastolic blood pressure and average 24 hours systolic blood pressure. Conclusions BPV in eldedr patient with paroxysmalatrial fibrillation was higher and more significant than average 24 hours blood pressure.
