| 摘 要： | 目的总结无张力疝修补术在老年腹股沟复发疝治疗中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2005~2009年38例老年腹股沟复发疝应用无张力疝修补的临床资料。结果术后1例出现阴囊积液,无其它并发症。平均手术时间52m in,术后5~8 d痊愈出院,全部患者随访6~24个月未见复发。结论治疗老年腹股沟复发疝首选无张力疝修补术,且需注重复发疝的预防。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical value of tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia of the elderly.Methods Retrospective analysis was made of the clinical data of tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of 38 cases of recurrent inguinal hernia form January in 2005 to September in 2009.Results No complications occurred,except scrotal effusion appeared in one case after operation.It took 52 minutes to perform the operation on average,eight days to recover.All patients hav... |
