Semont管石解脱法联合倍他司汀治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕对照观察

目的探讨Semont管石解脱法联合倍他司汀治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的临床疗效及安全性。方法将104例良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组52例。对照组给予Semont管石解脱法治疗,观察组给予Semont管石解脱法联合倍他司汀治疗。治疗后随访6个月。比较两组的临床疗效、后遗症状、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果治疗1周、4周末观察组总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周、4周末观察组眩晕残障评定量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。随访3个月、6个月末观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Semont管石解脱法联合倍他司汀治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕临床效果满意,能够有效减轻后遗症状,降低复发率,安全性高。

Controlled observation of Semont liberatory maneuver combined with betahistine in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Semont liberatory maneuver combined with betahistine in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.Methods A total of 104 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Semont liberatory maneuver,and the observation group was treated with Semont liberatory maneuver combined with betahistine.The patients were followed up for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,sequelae symptoms,recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group at 1 week and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The score of dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the end of 1 week and 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at the end of 3 months and 6 months’follow-up(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Semont liberatory maneuver combined with betahistine in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo has satisfactory effect,it can effectively alleviate the sequelae symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate,and have high safety.
