“信息化+跟踪式”健康教育对老年冠心病患者自我效能和睡眠质量影响的研究

摘    要:目的探讨"信息化+跟踪式"健康教育模式对老年冠心病患者睡眠质量和自我效能的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2021年1月在成都医学院第一附属医院就诊的老年冠心病患者120例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组采用常规健康教育模式,观察组采用常规健康教育结合"信息化+跟踪式"健康教育模式。干预前和干预12周后,分别采用慢性病自我效能量表(CDSES)评分和冠心病自我效能问卷(CSES)评分评估患者的自我效能,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数表(PSQI)评分和PIEGEL睡眠量表评分评估患者睡眠质量;统计心血管事件发生情况。结果干预12周后,2组CDSES及CSES量表评分均明显高于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预12周后,2组PSQI及SPIEGEL量表评分均明显低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗中2组心血管事件发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论"信息化+跟踪式"健康教育可有效提高老年冠心病患者自我效能,其通过信心与信念的自我调节,达到调节负性心理情绪的目的,从而改善睡眠质量,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective T o explore the effects of"informatization+tracking"health education model on the sleep quality and self-efficacy of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 120 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in the Health Management Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60)according to the randomnumber table method.The control group adopted the conventional health education model,and the observation group adopted the conventional health education combined with the"informatization+tracking"health education model.Before the intervention and 12 weeks after the intervention,the Chronic Disease Self-Efficacy Energy Scale(CDSES)score and the Coronary Heart Disease Self-Efficacy Questionnaire(CSES)score were used to evaluate the self-efficacy of the patients,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and PIEGEL Sleep Scale score was used to assess the sleep quality of the patients.The incidence of cardiovascular events in the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results After 12 weeks of intervention,the scores of the CDSES and CSES of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the same group before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of PSQI and SPIEGEL of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of cardiovascular events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion"Information+tracking"health education can effectively improve the self-efficacy of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Through self-regulation of confidence and belief,it achieves the purpose of regulating negative psychological emotions,thereby improving sleep quality,and has certain clinical application value.
