Clinical research of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage by hematoma puncture with three dimensional printing guide board

Objective To study the therapeutic effect and improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage by using 3D printing technology.Methods Our department were retrospectively analyzed from March 2016 to June 2019,the diagnosis and treatment of 70 cases of spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage patients,divided into twogroups,35patients treated with three dimensional printing individualized guide guided puncture for the experimental group,35patients of CT guided for removal of hematoma treated as control group,compared two groups of patients with postoperative complications and clinical curative effect.Results CT after operation,Compared with the control group,the operation accuracy and hematoma clearance rate of the experimental group was significantly high,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Through the comparison of two groups of patients with postoperative data,three dimensional printing individualized guide plate punceure treatment of spontaaeous intracerebral hemorrhage can accurately puncture depeh,reduced operating costs and improve the postoperative curative effect of patients.
