Practice of Individualized Antithrombotic Drug Treatment in a Patient with Progressive Stroke

Objective:To study the antithrombotic regimen of progressive ischemic stroke.Methods:Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for one patient with progressive ischemic stroke.According to the progress of patients,clinical pharmacists collaborated with doctors to adjust the treatment plan.Results:Clinical pharmacists participate in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with progressive ischemic stroke.Through guidelines,consensus,and literature reports,they provide personalized pharmacy recommendations for patients at multiple key treatment points,provide standardized pharmacy education and follow-up,and effectively control and improve the patient's condition.No adverse reactions occurred during the whole process.Conclusion:For patients with progressive ischemic stroke who can not take thrombolytic therapy and surgical treatment,clinical pharmacists should actively cooperate with physicians to formulate individualized antithrombotic treatment plans based on changes in the patient's condition,and monitor the safety and effectiveness of the patient's medication during the medication.
