辅酶Q10氯化钠注射液联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗难治性心力衰竭34例疗效观察

目的:观察辅酶Q10氯化钠注射液联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗难治性心力衰竭的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2017年12月至2019年11月在九江市第一人民医院住院治疗且已口服沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠≥3个月的难治性心力衰竭患者66例,按随机数字表法分为观察组34例和对照组32例。两组均严格按照心衰指南标准化诊疗,观察组在此基础上增加辅酶Q10氯化钠注射液静脉滴注,连续使用21 d。观察两组临床症状、体征及临床疗效和心功能评估相关指标。结果:疗程结束时,患者临床症状、体征均有不同程度的好转。观察组82.35%的总有效率明显优于对照组71.88%的总有效率(P<0.05)。观察组在心率、左室射血分数、左心室舒张末期内径、每分钟输出量、N末端B型利钠肽原等心功能评估相关指标同样明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在标准化心衰的治疗基础上,采用辅酶Q10氯化钠注射液联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗难治性心力衰竭的疗效确切,且安全性良好,值得临床推广。

Observation of the Efficacy of Coenzyme Q10 Sodium Chloride Injection Combined with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets in the Treatment of Refractory Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of coenzyme Q10 sodium chloride injection combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets in the treatment of refractory heart failure.Methods:66 patients with refractory heart failure who were hospitalized in Jiujiang First People's Hospital from December 2017 to November 2019 and who had been treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets≥3 months,they were randomly divided into observation group(34 cases)and control group(32 cases).Both groups strictly standardized the diagnosis and treatment in accordance with the guidelines for heart failure.The observation group added coenzyme Q10 sodium chloride injection intravenously for 21 days.The clinical symptoms,signs,clinical efficacy and related indexes of cardiac function were observed.Results:At the end of the course of treatment,the patients'clinical symptoms and signs improved to varying degrees.The total effective rate of 82.35%in the observation group was significantly better than the total effective rate of 71.88%in the control group(P<0.05).Heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,output per minute,and N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide-promoting cardiac function were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the standardized treatment of heart failure,the efficacy of coenzyme Q10 sodium chloride injection combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of refractory heart failure is accurate,and the safety is good,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
