基于“一动力三循环”管理模式构建“一方向双体系”医疗设备预算管理机制

目的响应各级政府对预算管理工作的要求,提高临床工作人员对医疗设备预算的认知,进而提高医院管理水平。方法基于“一动力三循环”管理模式构建“一方向双体系”医疗设备预算管理机制,持续提升医疗设备预算管理水平。结果“一方向双体系”医疗设备预算管理机制可提高医院医疗设备预算执行率,并对部门预算的执行起到积极作用。结论实施“一方向双体系”医疗设备预算管理机制可提升医疗设备预算编制质量,改善执行效率。

Establish the One Direction&Double Systems Medical Equipment Budget Management Mechanism Based on the Management Mode of One Driver&Three Circles

Objective To response to the requirements of budget management from governments at all levels and strengthen the medical staffs'awareness of medical equipment budget for improving the hospital's management level.Methods The One Direction&Double Systems medical equipment budget management mechanism based on the management mode of One Driver&Three Circles was established to improve the management level of medical equipment budget continuously.Results The implementation rate of medical equipment budget of the whole hospital was improved through applying the One Direction&Double Systems medical equipment management mechanism and this mechanism also had positive effects on the budget implementation in departments.Conclusion The medical equipment budget management mechanism of One direction&Double Systems could improve the quality of budget compiling of medical equipment and promote the implementation efficiency of medical equipment budget.
