Observation on the effect of labor analgesic pump in lateral episiotomy suture

Objective To observe the effect of labor analgesic pump in lateral episiotomy suture.Methods A total of 128 primiparas who gave birth in hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the different requirements of the mothers for labor analgesia,with 64 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with labor analgesic pump,and the control group was treated with local perineum infiltration anesthesia.The pain grade during lateral incision and suture,occurrence of edema and perineal incision healing,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pain grade during lateral incision and suture of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.556,2.729;P<0.05).The incidence of edema at 24 h after delivery 12.5%of the observation group was obviously lower than 32.8%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 48 h postpartum,the perineal incisions in both groups healed at gradeⅡ/A.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.3%,which was higher than 70.3%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of labor analgesic pump in perineal lateral incision and postpartum perineal suture can not only reduce the pain during the delivery,but also reduce the pain of the perineal lateral incision and incision suture.After the operation,there is less edema in the perineum,and the incision is healed well,and the nursing satisfaction of parturient women is high..
