“五常法”在CEREC椅旁计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制造系统管理中的应用效果

目的探讨“五常法”在CEREC椅旁计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制造(CAD/CAM)系统管理中的应用效果。方法2018年1月至2019年12月,医院综合口腔治疗科使用CEREC椅旁CAD/CAM系统制作后牙嵌体,将2018年1-12月的172件CEREC椅旁CAD/CAM系统作为对照组,将2019年1-12月的190件CEREC椅旁CAD/CAM系统作为观察组,对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施“五常法”管理,比较两组的管理效果。结果观察组护士专业知识得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组设备放置规范率、准备完好率、清洁消毒合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组车针更换率、设备故障率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“五常法”在CEREC椅旁CAD/CAM系统中的应用效果明显,可提升护士的专业水平,发挥设备的最佳性能,节约成本,延长设备的使用寿命。

Application Effects of 5S Management Method in the Management of CEREC Chair-Side Computer-Aid Design/Computer-Aid Manufacturing System

Objective The application effects of 5S Management Method in the management of CEREC chairside computer-aid design/computer-aid manufacturing(CAD/CAM)system were discussed.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,the CEREC chair-side CAD/CAM systems were applied to prepare posterior teeth inlays in the Oral Comprehensive Treatment Department.The 172 CEREC chair-side CAD/CAM systems used from January to December in 2018 were defined as the control group,and the 190 CEREC chair-side CAD/CAM systems used from January to December in 2019 were defined as the observation group.The control group was managed routinely,while the observation group was managed by 5S Management Method,and the management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of nurses'professional knowledge of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The standard rate of equipment placement,the readiness rate,the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The replacement rate of burs,the incidence of equipment failure were both lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The effects of 5S Management Method applied in CEREC chair-side CAD/CAM systems were obvious.It could improve the professional level of nursing staff,make full use of the equipment,save costs and extend the service life of equipment.
