改良式腹腔镜下成人腹股沟斜疝修补术

目的：介绍改良式腹腔镜下开展成人腹股沟斜疝修补术的应用。方法：使用腹腔镜配合一次性腹腔闭合器及自制带线钩针行荷包内环口周边腹膜缝扎，配合使用巴德补片（BARD Composix)治疗成人斜疝32例。结果：本手术方法安全性高，具有手术时间短，操作简单，术后无需缝线，无并发症，无复发，术后少疤痕，美容效果好。结论：本手术方法比传统的成人斜疝手术方法有明显优点，值得大力推广。

Modified Laparoscopic Hernia Repairs in Adult

Objective:To evaluate the effect of a modified laparoscopic hernia repairs with safer devices.Methods:In 32 cases of patients a safer Veress needle was used to creat pneumoperitoneum ,and a trocar with a safety divice was inserted through abdominal wall at umbilicus and the left side of umbilicus. A purse-string was put around internal ring anteriorperitonally through a self-made needle and knotting was done subcutaneousuy. BARD composix was used for repairment of the thin abdominal wall. Many new techniques for the safety of the operation were also mentioned.Results:Average operation duration was decreased and no compilications occured.All patients recovered smoothly and discharged at the second day after operation.Conclusion: The modified laparoscopic herniotomy has the advantage of shorter operative duration, safer process, and more acceptable by the patients.
