| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)治疗骨裸露创面的临床疗效。方法 :对 31例骨裸创面应用MEBO治疗 ,创面最大 2 5cm× 12cm ,最小 1cm× 1 5cm ,根据情况分别采用暴露疗法和包扎方法。结果 :疗程最短 4周 ,最长 9周 ,31例患者全部治愈。结论 :MEBO具有抗感染、改善微循环、清除坏死组织、促进创面愈合等作用

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the efficacy of MEBO in treating bone exposure wounds. Method: 31 cases of born exposure wounds were treated with MEBO. The largest wound area was 2.5 cm x 12 cm and the smallest 1 cm x 1.5 cm, MEBO was applied in exposed or bandaged way, according to the case condition.Result: The shortest treating course was 4 weeks and the longest 9 weeks. All the wounds were healed. Conclusion: MEBO has anti-infective effect. It can improve microcirculation, remove necrotictissue and promote wound healing. |
