| 摘 要： | 本实验比较了甘草酸及甘草酸铵的抗溃疡作用及对胃液分祕的影响。甘草酸50mg/kg灌胃仅对大鼠盐酸乙醇溃疡有抑制作用,甘草酸100mg/kg以及甘草酸铵300、600mg/kg时对大鼠多种实验性溃疡有抑制作用,甘草酸铵抑制作用随剂量增加而增强。当结扎大鼠幽门后,由十二指肠给甘草酸铵600mg/kg,能轻度减少胃液分泌,降低胃酸的酸度,甘草酸则无此作用。

| Abstract: | The study compares effects of antiulcer and antigastric secretion of glycyrrhetic acid and ammonium glycyrrhetate, and approaches their mechanisms in rats.A dose of 50mg/kg glycyrrhetic acid by gavage has an inhibitory effect on the ulcer which induced only by hydrochloric alcohol,but a dose of 100mg/ kg glycyrrhetic acid or 300-600mg/kg ammonium glycyrrhetate has inhibitory effect on the ulcer induced by hydrochloric alcohol, indomethacin or immersed in water.The inhibitory effect of ammonium glycyrrhetate was enhanced with increase of its dosage.Ammonium glycyrrhetate 600mg/kg used via duodenum diminished slightly gastric secretion, and decreased gastric acidity, but glycyrrhetic acid did not do.The results suggest that the antiulcer effect of ammonium glycyrrhetate was stronger than that of glycyrrhetic acid.The principles of achiving the above effects might be through to protect the gastric mucosa. |
