| 摘 要： | 目的：观察美宝胃肠胶囊在烧伤后预防消化道应激性损害中的作用。方法：在2002年4月15日入院的成批中、重度烧伤病人中筛选19例进行对比观察，分组早期、全程预防性使用抑酸剂和胃肠胶囊，动态观察消化道应激性损害的发生情况。结果：两组均能很好的预防烧伤后的应激性损害，对于烧伤后出现的对常规治疗无效的一些胃肠症状，胃肠胶囊仍能有效解除症状。结论：全程、大量合理使用胃肠胶囊可预防烧伤后的消化道应激性损害。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule in preventing stress injury of digestive tract post burn in moderate and severe burn patients. Method: 19 cases of burn admitted to the hospital on April 15, 2002 were divided into 2 groups. Antacid agent and MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule were applied respectively. Result: Both antacid and MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule could prevent the digestive tract from stress injury post burn. MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule could also relieve the digestive symptoms, which were irresponsive to conventional treatment. Conclusion: The application of MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule in the whole course in large dose could prevent stress injury of the digestive tract in burn patients. |
