愈伤液治疗急性软组织损伤422例临床研究

目的:观察愈伤液治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:将确诊为急性软组织损伤的422例患者按1∶1的比例随机分成两组:愈伤液治疗组(治疗组)、双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂组(对照组)。分别在患处涂抹愈伤液和双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂,5d为1个疗程。两组病例治疗1~2个疗程后,观察两组治疗前后症状积分情况和两组总体疗效,评价治疗效果。结果:愈伤液能显著降低急性软组织患者的疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍等症状计分,与对照药双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:愈伤液具有良好的消肿、止痛作用,其临床疗效优于双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂。

The Clinical Application of Yushang Liquid to Soft Tissue Injury

Objective:The clinical curative effect of Yushang liquid was to be observed in this research.Methods:844 cases of soft tissue injury were randomly divided into two groups as the Yushang liquid treatment group and the diclofenac diethylamine emuls control group.Yushang liquid and the diclofenac diethylamine emuls were applied to the injury respectively,5 days in a treatment period.The accumulated scores and total effectiveness in the two groups were accessed after the therapy for 1~2 treatment period.Result:Yushang liquid relieved pains,swelling and improved function of the injury significantly compared with diclofenac diethylamine emuls(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yushang liquid is clinically effective in relieving pains and swelling as well as promoting the function of the injured soft tissue compared with diclofenac diethylamine emuls.
