急性发作期支气管哮喘治疗前后肺功能及IL-5、TXB2的变化

目的观察急性发作期支气管哮喘患者治疗前后肺功能及细胞因子的变化。方法采用酶联免疫吸附（ELISA）及放射免疫法，分别测定90例患者治疗前后血清白细胞介素-5（IL-5）及血浆血栓素B2（TXB2）水平，并同时做肺功能（FEVl％pre、FEVl／FVC、PEF％pre）测定。结果（1）治疗后FEVl％pre、FEVl／FVC、PEF％pre均较治疗前明显改善（P〈0．05）。（2）治疗后IL-5及TXB2浓度均明显下降（P〈O．05）。结论常规治疗可明显改善气道阻力及肺的通气功能，使IL-5、TXB2浓度均明显下降。

The changes of pulmonary function and cytokine in the acute exacerbations of asthma patients before and 8after treatment

Objective To observe the changes of pulmonary function and cytokine in the acute exacerbations of asthma patiens before and after treatment. Methods The serum （ or plasma） levels of IL-5 and TXB2 before the admission of hospital and after being treated were measured by ELISA and RIA （radioimmunoassay） method in 90 cases of acute exacerbations of asthma. Meanwhile the pul- monary function was also nmaaured（ FEV1% pre、FEVl/FVC、PEF%pre）. Results （1）After the treatment, the levels of FEV1% Pre, FEVl/FVC and PEF% pre all improved compared with before （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. （2） The level of IL-5 and TXB2 decreased after the treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It is obvious that the pulmonary ventilation function can be improved and the level of IL-5 and TXB2 decreased by the treatment.
