| 摘 要： | ２０例哮喘息性发作期患者血小板表面α－颗粒膜蛋白（ＧＭＰ－１４０）分子数／血小板显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），说明哮喘急性发作期患者血小板表面α－颗粒胰蛋白含量增高，血小板在体内处于激活状态。

| Abstract: | sing SZ-51 monoclonal antibody radioimmunossay, we measure the concentration ofGMP-140 on platelet membreme surface in. 20 patients with asthma during acute attack. The resultshowed that the concentration of GMP-140 in these patients is significantly higher than that in thecontrols (P<0. 001). It indicates that the degree of platelet activity in acute asthmatic attack isenhanced. |
