卡孕栓用于人工流产150例临床观察

目的探讨人工流产前应用卡孕栓的临床效果。方法以150例妊娠60~74天要求行人工流产的妇女随机分为两组,试验组75例为人工流产术前30min直肠置卡孕栓1mg,75例为对照组,观察临床效果。数据处理应用χ2检验及t检验。结果两组妇女在术中的宫颈条件、子宫收缩情况及子宫出血量均有统计学差异。结论人工流产术前直肠置卡孕栓,软化宫颈、扩张宫颈、减少出血简便、安全、有效,值得推广应用。

Evaluation of PG05 Applications for the Cervical Dilatation in Early Pregnancy Interruption.

Objective To evaluate the effects of PG05 applications for the cervical dilatation in the early pregnancy interruption. Methods A hospital-based study conducted at Tianjin Heping Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,in which 150 patients with the gestational age of 60 to 74 days respectively were interviewed. 75 of them to the lmg PG05 were applied into the posterior fonix of 75 women. All cases were examined 30 minutes latter and 75 into control.x^2 test and t test were used for analysis. Results two groups of woman showed that the cervical dilatation,extra uterine cervical bleeding and the side- effects were investigated. Conclusions Vaginal application of the PG05 can reduce the damage of cervix during the artificial abortion by its facilitating effect on the cervical dilatation. Vaginal misoprostol can be served as a routine application for the cervical dilation in the early pregnancy interruption.
