| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定金菊感冒胶囊中氨基比林的含量。方法：色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相：1％醋酸溶液（用二乙胺调节pH=3．7）：甲醇（38：62）；流速：0．8ml·min^-1；检测波长：272nm；结果：氨基比林的浓度在0．4035-2．4211μg·ml。范围内，线性关系良好（r=1．0000，n=6），平均回收率100．3％，RSD为0．41％。结论：本法准确、快速，简便可靠，结果稳定，可用于金菊感冒胶囊的含量测定。

| Abstract: | AIM ： To establish the determination of Aminophenazone in JinJu GanMao Capsules by HPLC.METHODS： Using Hypersil ODS2 C18 column （4.6mm×250mm, 5μm） , 1%Acetic Acid （adjust pH to 3.7 by Diethylamine） ：Methanol （62：38） was used as mobile phase;The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min^-1; The wavelength of detector was 272nm;RESULTS： The linear range was 0.4035-2.4211μg·ml^-1 with the correlation coefficient 1.0000 （n=6） ;The average recovery was 100.3% with RSD 0.41%.CONCLUSION ： The method is accurate rapid and simple .It can be used for the determination of JinJu GanMao Capsules. |
