摘    要:研究了猪胸腺免疫抑制提取物对正常及免疫增强小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明:本品能抑制正常及免疫增强小鼠的迟发型超敏反应,肌注40mg/kg能抑制正常小鼠溶血素水平,对小鼠碳粒廓清指数及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性均有抑制作用。

Abstract:Thymic immunosuppressive extract (TIE) prepared from porcine thymus significantly inhibited the delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) of mouse induced by sheep red blood cells (SRBC). The level of plasma hemolysin was markedly decreased at 40 mg/kg. It had a noticeable suppress! ve effect on the clearance rate of charcoal particles and the activity of macrophage(Mqp). The data indicated that TIE had extensive suppressive effects on mouse immune functions.
