| 摘 要： | 用TLC法（薄层色谱法）对亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、联氨酸和丝氨酸等4种氨基酸中其它氨基因的检查进行了实验研究,分别确定出各氨基酸供试液浓度和点样量,以及对照液浓度和点样量。

| Abstract: | A simple, fast, sensitive thin layer chromatography using gel G and n-butanol-glacical acid-water (3 : 1 : 1) as developmental solvent was reported for the limit test of other amino acid in amino acid. Using the chromatography system the detection limit of Leu, lie and val is 0. 02 ug. The results could be easily repeated. |
