| 摘 要： | 目的观察眩晕宁对颈性眩晕患者血浆中内皮素（ET）及降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）水平的影响，并探讨其可能的机制。方法将165例患者随机分为两组，眩晕宁组81例和对照组84例，观察眩晕宁对颈性眩晕的治疗作用，检测椎动脉平均血流速度变化情况和治疗前后的ET和CGRP的水平。结果眩晕宁组临床疗效与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（u=2．48，P〈0．05）。治疗后眩晕宁组椎动脉平均血流速度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后眩晕宁组ET、CGRP水平与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论眩晕宁对颈性眩晕有较好的治疗作用，能明显改善椎动脉血供，可显著影响ET和CGRP的水平。
