我国医疗体制改革的探讨

公立医院主要由政府投入,负责绝大多数人的医疗保健,私立医院则是“贵族医院”,提供特需医疗服务,而社区医院则担当“守门员”的角色,三者各司其职,作为一种医疗模式,在西方国家业已形成了成熟的经验。相比而言,中国20多年的医改,尽管取了瞩目的成就,但也凸显了一些亟待解决的问题,笔者针对医改所存在的问题,与世界其它国家进行了比较,提出目前我国医疗体制改革的基本思路。

Investigation on Medical System Reform in China

In many western countries,the public hospital was invested by the government,which responsible for the overwhelming majority peoples' medical health care,the private hospitals are the aristocrat's hospital,the community hospitals take on the role of the goalkeeper,of which perform theirs functions respectively.It is a kind of mature medical pattern exist in many western countries.While China government's hygienic subsidy is obviously insufficient,and there are some limitations in the policy.After China's medicalreform for more than couple decades,we have scored great achievement.However,there are still have some questions that need to be settled.Regarding these problems,the author brought forward some fundamental methods for the medical systemreform by comparing with other countries.
