| 摘 要： | 度洛西汀是一种新型的抗抑郁药,为5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素再摄取的双重抑制剂。目前发现不仅可以治疗抑郁症,还可用于治疗压力性尿失禁与糖尿病周围神经病性疼痛。对于抑郁症伴发慢性疼痛也有一定的疗效。常见不良反应为：恶心、口干、失眠、头晕、便秘、食欲减退、乏力及嗜睡等。本文就近年来该药的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Duloxetine is a new antidepressant and a dual inhibitor of serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake. It is used not only in treatment of depression, but also in treatment of stress urinary incontinence and diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain. Duloxetine is also effective in the treatment of comorbid chronic pain in depression. The common adverse reactions are nausea, dry mouth, insomnia, dizziness, constipation, anorexia, fatigue, sleepiness and so on. The article is to provide an up-to date review of the agent. |
