95例男性少精、无精患者血清生殖激素的测定

目的：探讨男性少精、无精与血清生殖激素的关系。方法：利用放射免疫分析技术，分别测定59例男性少精，36例无精不育症患者血清中FSH、LH、E、T、PRL的浓度。结果：无精症FSH、LH较正常人明显增高，且FSH升高幅度大于LH，少精症FSH明显下降，PRL在少精症中明显升高，E、T在男性生育与不生育者之间无明显差别。T/LH值少精，无精者与正常人均有差异。该值具有诊断价值。结论：男性少精，无精在内分泌方面与生殖激素有非常密切的关系。

Detection of serum reproductive hormons in the 95 male patients with aspermacrasia

Objective:To explore the relationship between serum reproductive hormons and aspermacrasia or azoospermia.Method:levels of serum reproductive hormons:FSH,LH,E,T and PRL were examined in 59 patients with aspermacrasia and 36 with azoospermia by RIA. Results:The FSH and LH in the cases of azoospermia were significantly higer than those in the control group .The FSH LH in aspermacrasia was obriously decreased,while PRL was markedly increased.There was no significant difference of E and T berween in fertile male and infertile male.The PRL in the patients with aspermacrasia was higer than that in the control group.There was a significant difference of T/LH between in the control group and in the group of aspermacrasia and azoospermia,which was of diagnostic value.Conclusion:There is a close relationship between reproductive hormones and aspermacrasia as well as azoospermia.
