| 摘 要： | １９８５年１月～１９９５年９月，我科对１１例胰腺结石病人进行了手术治疗。结果表明：Ｂ超、腹部平片和内窥镜逆行胰胆管造影术（ＥＲＣＰ）对胰腺结石是最有效的诊断手段。手术方式的选择取决于以下三个方面：①胰腺结石的部位；②主胰管有无狭窄；③是否合并胰腺癌肿。

| Abstract: | From January 1985 to September 1995 eleven patients with pancreatic stones were treated surgically in our hospital. The results showed that B type ultrasonography endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and abdominal plain X rays were the most useful diagnostic methods. Surgical procedures should be selected according to the following factors:(1) location of the pancreatic stones; (2) sternosis of the main pancreatic duct; (3) pancreatic stones associated with or without pancreatic carcinoma. |
