龙丹丸的壮阳药理作用和急性毒性

龙丹丸为中药复方制剂。龙丹丸灌胃给药,对雄性小鼠具有增加交尾作用(2.0,4.0g/kg),龙丹丸2.0g/kg组的交尾作用明显强于海马多鞭九4.0g/kg组;对幼鼠具有促雄性激素作用(1.0、2.0、4.0g/kg),龙丹丸大、中、小3个剂量组小鼠体重和包皮腺重量明显高于雄狮丸组,龙丹丸大剂量组睾丸重量明显高于雄狮丸组,龙丹丸大、中、小3个剂量组包皮腺重量明显高于海马多鞭丸组;对去势小鼠具有雄激素样作用,这种作用与雄狮丸相似,而海马多鞭丸没有这种作用。灌胃给予龙丹丸80.0g/kg,小鼠未发生死亡,腹腔给予龙丹丸0.5,1.0g/kg,仅1.0g/kg组10只小鼠中死亡1只。

A STUDY ON PHAPMACOLOGICAL ACTIONS TO INVIGORATE YANG AND ACUTE TOXICITY OF LONGDAN PILULE

Longdan, a recipe of traditional Chinese medicine, when given po 2.0 g/kg significantly increased sexual potency of male mice. The effect of Longdan at 2.0g/kg is more potent than that of Haimad obianwan at 4.0g/kg. Longan po at 1.0, 2.0, 4.0g/kg showed gonadotropic action in immature male mice. Body weight and preputial gland of mice given three different doses (1.0, 2.0, 4.0g/kg) of Longdan, and testis of mice given large doses (4.0g/kg) of Longdan were found weightier than those of mice given Xiongshiwan. And only preputial gland of mice receiving the three different doses of Longdan were weightier than that of mice receiving Haimaduobianwan. Longdan po shows an androgenic action in castrated mice, this being similar to the case of Xiongshiwan, but Haimaduobianwan gave no such an action. Longdan po 80.0g/kg caused no death in 10 mice. and ip 0.5, 1.0 g/kg only caused one of 10 mice in the 1.0g/kg group to die.
