目的　总结肠系膜上动脉综合征的临床特征、诊断标准、病因及治疗措施。方法　分析确诊病例6 6例的临床表现及并发症等资料。结果　通过 6 6例肠系膜上动脉综合征分析 ,对该病的典型临床表现和胃肠钡餐透视的主要征象进行诊断。采用恰当的治疗措施均可早期预防。结论　肠系膜上动脉综合征有典型的临床表现 ,选择好保守疗法与手术疗法的适应证 ,是治疗该病的关键

Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome - 66 Cases Report

Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics, diagnostic standard, etiology and treatment of superior mesenteric artery syndrome (SMAS). Methods 66 cases of SMAS patient were analyzed in clinical data and their complications. Results The diagnosis was easy to obtained according to clinical symptom and barium study and proper treatment could perform early with good effect. Conclusion The typical symptom could be found in clinic and indication of conservative or operative method should be selected.
