| 摘 要： | 目的 寻找有效的多药耐药联合逆转剂。方法 以他莫酚与环孢霉素A作为耐药逆转剂，采用MTT法进行体外药物敏感试验，观察他莫昔酚与环孢霉素A对多药耐药白血病细胞株K562／DOX的药物敏感性的影响。结果 他莫昔酚与环孢霉素A均可增强阿霉素（DOX）对K562／DOX的细胞毒作用，两者有联合协同作用，逆转倍数为单用药的9倍，超过单用2倍剂量的逆转效果。结论 他莫昔酚与环孢霉素A都是有效的多药耐药逆转剂，两者联合的协同作用更为显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop effective combination of drug resistance modulators.Methods The effects of tamoxifen and Cydosporine A on drug sensitivity in multidrug resistant human leukemic cell line K562/DOX were studied by MTT colorimetric assay.Results Both of Tamoxifen and Cydosporine A could enhance the cytotoxicity of doxorubicin(DOX) to K562/DOX.The reversal effectiveness of the drug combination was 9 times as much as that of each drug alone.Conclusion Tamoxifen and Cydosporine A are all effective reversal agent of multidrug resistance.The combination of both has a synergistic interaction. |
