| 摘 要： | 医务管理是医院管理的核心，其管理能力直接影响医院发展。本文提出充分发挥医务部在医院建设中的作用，必须以科学发展观为引导，强化综合素质，更新管理理念，规范管理制度，改善管理手段，主动改革创新，拓宽发展渠道，构建和谐机制，优化发展环境。

| Abstract: | Medical management is the core of hospital management and its management ability influences the development of the hospital directly. By reviewing the achievements and analyzing the experience in medical management during the period of the Tenth Five - Year Plan of hospital, we suggest that we should follow the guidance of scientific development view if we want to make full use of the department of medical administration in hospital construction. |
