摘    要:本文报道反相高效液相色谱法测定尿中氨苄青霉素的浓度。该法采用国产高效液相色谱仪(YSB-2型),YWG-C_(18)10μm柱(150×5mm),磷酸盐缓冲液-甲醇-乙腈(82:8:10)为流动相,紫外检测器测定波长254mm。尿中氨苄青霉素在2~10μg的范围内呈线性关系。低浓度和高浓度的回收率分别是99.7±1.68%和100.7±1.05%。三名受试者尿排泄率分别为27.2%,20.7%和21.0%。

Abstract:A Rp-HPLC method has been developed for the quantitative determination ofampicillin in urine. The chromatographic conditions were:a YWC-C_(-18)(10μm) reve-rsed-phase column(150×50mm), an acid phosphate-methanol-acetonitrile(82:8:10)mobile phase; UV detector at 254nm. The mean recovery of ampicillin at low andhigh concentration were. 99.7+1.68% and 100.74±1.05% respectively. Goodlinear range was 2μg~10μg. The ratios of the excreted portion to the administereddose(500mg/capsule) in three tests were 27.2%. 20.7% and 21.0% respectively.
