低剂量率裂变中子照射对雄性大鼠生殖系统的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨低剂量率裂变中子长期照射对雄性大鼠生殖系统的影响。方法 96只雄性大鼠随机均分成对照组和照射组,照射组每天用低剂量率裂变中子(252Cf,吸收剂量率为0.35mGy/h)照射20.5h,在照射的14d,28d,42d,56d,70d及停止照射后35d各取8只大鼠,测定睾丸及附睾脏器指数,用用鲍氏记数板记数精子数、畸形精子数,放免法测量血清睾酮。结果 与同一天的对照组相比,在累积剂量为0.3Gy时精子畸形率明显增加,而睾丸及附睾脏器指数明显低于同一天的对照组(P<0.05),血清睾酮则在0.2Gy和0.3Gy时,差异均有显著性,但其他剂量点与同一天的对照组相比差异无显著性。结论 低剂量率中子累积照射在0.2Gy~0.3Gy时对大鼠生殖系统有一定影响,但是由于大鼠的适应性反应,没有出现照射的累积效应。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects on germ system of male rats exposed to a low dose rate neutron irradiation.Methods Male rats were randomly divided into the control group and the irradiation group with low dose rate fission neutron (252Cf, 0.35mGy/h)irradiation.8 rats of each group were killed on 14d, 28d, 42d, 56d, 70d after irradiation and 35d after ceasing irradiation, and their abnormal sperms、testis/epididymis organ indexes andserum levels of testosterone were tested respectively.Results Compared with the control group, the abnomal sperm rate were evidently higher and the testis/epididymis organ indexes were evidently lower at the dose of 0.3Gy (P<0.05)。The serum levels of testosterone showed evident changes at 0.2Gy and 0.3Gy.No changes found at any other doses.Conclusion Low dose rate fission neutron affected the reproductive system at 0.2Gy and 0.3Gy, and due to the adaptability of rats, no cumulative effects was found.
