透表清气法对上呼吸道病毒性感染发热体温影响的临床研究

目的 观察退热颗粒对外感发热卫分证、卫气同病证的退热疗效影响。方法 选择45例符合上呼吸道病毒性感染诊断标准的患者,随机分为退热颗粒治疗组（治疗组）30例与小柴胡冲剂治疗组（对照组）15例,疗程3d;比较两组治疗后体温变化、临床次症及血常规改善情况。结果 治疗组总有效率高于对照组;治疗组在2h段降低发热患者体温、改善临床症状及积分下降方面优于对照组。结论 退热颗粒治疗外感发热具有较好退热疗效。

Clinical Study About the Effect of the Method of Relieving the Exterior Syndrome and Heat-reducing on the Fever Caused by Viral Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective： To observe the effect of Febrifuge Granule on the fever caused by viral upper respiratory tract infection, Weifen syndrome, Wei and qi disease. Methods： 45 patients who conformed to the diagnosis standards of viral upper respiratory tract infection and divided them into 2 groups randomly, treatment group including 30 pieces who were treated with Febrifuge Granule and control group including 15 pieces who were treated with Xiaochaihu Granule. The treatment persisted three days. Observed the changes of body temperature before and after treatment, secondary clinical symptoms and blood routine examination. Results： The total effectiveness of treatment group was better that that of control group. The former was better than the later on reducing body temperature, im- proving clinical symptom and signs as well as integral decrease at the time of two hours after treatment. Conclusion： Febrifuge Granule has excellent effect on the fever.
