| 摘 要： | 乡镇卫生院传统绩效评价与绩效评价是两种不同的评价模式。通过对乡镇卫生院传统绩效评价和现代绩效评价的界定,分析传统绩效评价与现代绩效评价的特点,对乡镇卫生院传统绩效评价与现代绩效评价的区别与联系进行研究。
