| 摘 要： | 目的探讨留置导尿患者一次性集尿袋的最佳更换时间。方法将120例在普外科住院治疗需留置尿管的患者分成A、B、C3组,A组每天更换1次集尿袋,B组每周更换2次集尿袋,C组每周更换1次集尿袋,比较3组患者的尿培养结果。结果B组患者尿培养阳性率45.0%(18/40)]低于A组67.5%(27/40)]和C组72.5%(29/40)],差异有统计学意义(P0.05);共检到大肠埃希菌、肠球菌属等6种病原菌。结论一次性集尿袋以每周更换2次的效果最佳。
