| 摘 要： | 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是呼吸系统最常见的疾病之一,死亡率高,无创正压通气(non - invasive positive pressure ventilation,NIPPV)治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者取得较好的疗效.本文就NIPPY治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭时的护理进行了综述.

| Abstract: | Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is the most common respiratory diseases with high mortality. Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) therapy in patients with COPD combined with respiratory failure obtained a better efficacy. In this article, the nursing of NIPPV on the treatment of COPD combined with respiratory failure were reviewed. |
