以德尔菲法构建麻醉苏醒室护士核心能力框架

目的通过运用德尔菲(Delphi)法,构建麻醉苏醒室护士核心能力评价指标体系框架。方法采用文献检索法、专家访谈法,探讨指标体系构建的理论依据与基本原则,并初步构建麻醉苏醒室护士核心能力评价指标条目池;经过一轮专家预调查、两轮德尔菲(Delphi)专家函询法进行指标的筛选,最终确定麻醉苏醒室护士核心能力评价指标体系框架。结果初步构建了由5个一级指标、23个二级指标和54个三级指标组成的麻醉苏醒室护士核心能力评价指标框架,并计算出专家咨询的权威系数为0.858,判断系数为0.883,熟悉程度为0.833。结论构建了麻醉苏醒室护士核心能力评价指标体系框架,各级指标的条目专家意见集中,研究结果可信度高,对麻醉苏醒室护士的选拔、培训、任用、考核提供了科学、客观、可量化的依据。

Development of the core competency evaluation index system for anesthesia room nurses using Delphi technique

Objective Using the Delphi technique to develop an anesthesia room nurse core competency evaluation index system. Methods A draft anesthesia room nurse core competency evaluation index system was developed based on literature review and expert interview. The indicators were screened by two rounds of expert consultation using Delphi technique. Results The anesthesia room nurse core competency evaluation index system consisted of five first-level indicators,23 secondary-level indicators and 54 three-level indicators. The expert authority coefficient was 0.858,the judgment coefficient was 0.883 and the familiar coefficient was 0.833. Conclusion The anesthesia room nurse core competency evaluation index system is reliable,which provides a scientific,objective and quantitative tool for the selection,training,appointment and evaluation of anesthesia room nurses.
