专题——医工结合培养现代临床医学工程师

目的：开发医疗设备使用率监测系统，实现医疗设备使用率的实时监测。方法：以医疗设备使用状态数学模型为基础，利用Visual Studio2010软件编写浏览器和服务器结构（B／S）架构的医疗设备使用率监测软件，通过SQL Server2005数据库和．NET4．0技术实现医疗设备信息管理、设备使用状态管理及使用率统计分析等功能。结果：系统支持多台医疗设备使用状态数据的同步采集，应用于医院医疗设备使用率监测，运行状况良好。结论：开发设计的医疗设备使用率监测系统具有一定的可靠性与准确性，其分析结果可为医院设备管理提供科学依据。

Design and development of medical equipment utilization monitoring system

Objective： To design a kind of medical equipment utilization monitoring system to realize real-time monitoring of medical equipment utilization rate. Methods： System on the basis of medical equipment using state mathematical model, using Visual Studio 2010 software written B/S structure of medical equipment utilization monitoring software, using SQL SERVER 2005 database and .NET 4.0 technology to realize information management of medical equipment, the use of state management and usage statistics analysis and so on. Results： Respectively through sampling experiment and utilization analysis has proved the system which can accuracy monitor and record differen.t types of medical equipment utilization rate in longtime. Conclusion： System has certain reliability and accuracy, and its analysis results can provide objective basis for hospital equipment management.
